Sydney is home to some of the world’s best beaches. There are some beautiful coastal runs, if you know where to go… and we do!
The Manly to Spit Bridge Coastal Walk is a series of short tracks passing some of North Sydney's stunning beaches, bays and inlets and is famous and highly recommended, for good reason as is the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk . The views are spectacular, with views from the top of cliff tops over-looking the deep blue of the Pacific Ocean. The best way to see it is jogging with a local. Your friendly guide knows all the best detours, and has stories along the way that bring each beach to life.
With over 100 beaches in Sydney, there’s plenty to explore in the Eastern and Northern Beaches. Scenic runs, trail runs, flat runs, hilly runs, steps, sand dunes, beach running, interval training, long distance; the opportunities are endless.
We’ll work out the best start and finish point according to your interests (you may want to swim afterwards), and we provide a pick up/drop off from your hotel (extra cost).
