Your guide will do their best to ensure you have a great time, but it’s also recommended that you prepare accordingly and bring a sense of adventure. Cancellation/transfer fees and conditions apply if you choose to change your plan based on the weather. However, SRT also reserves the right to cancel or amend tours due to adverse weather conditions.

SRT cannot guarantee start/finish times and is not liable for passenger failure to connect with other services. SRT accepts no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, personal belongings or baggage.
Photos
As part of the tour, your SRT guide will take photos of you and the group on the day. At the end of the tour you are welcome to review these, as they will later be posted on the internet (and a link emailed to you) and may be used for marketing purposes. If you are not comfortable with this please advise us in writing before your tour.
Medical conditions
Please inform an SRT staff member of any applicable allergies or medical conditions.
Liability
Whilst SRT makes every effort to safeguard its clients, SRT cannot be held responsible for personal injury or loss due to events which are beyond its control. Passengers should note that adventure travel/ecotourism involves a higher than normal risk and a signed release will be required from all participants before tour departure. Furthermore, tours may include the services of transport providers and other operators, and SRT cannot be held responsible or liable for these.
